Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your The Beach Boys Official Store gear, but if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
